The Monitoring Center CEMI held a press conference in order to present the report on the progress of the electoral campaign and election day - PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS 2009.

Monitoring Center CEMI, held a press conference for journalists, presenting the report on the progress of the election campaign and the procedure of the election day, Parliamentary elections 2009 on 31st of March at 12pm at the PR Center.
