The ENEMO network

The Monitoring Center CEMI is one of 11 NGOs which founded the first European network of organizations which are working on monitoring of Elections. This network was formed in 2001, and the name that was adopted by the participating NGOs in Ohrid is ENEMO (European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations).
Members of this network are:

- C4C, Macedonia (www.c4c.org.mk)
- CDT, Montenegro (www.cdtmn.org)

- CeSID, Serbia (www.cesid.org)
- CVU, Ukraine (www.cvu.kiev.ua)
- GONG, Croatia (www.gong.hr)
- Obcianske Oko, Slovakia (www.obcianskeoko.sk)
- SDC, Albania
- Viasna, Belarus (www.spring96.org).
This network has been working since then on election monitoring, nationally and regionally/internationally and it gave a big impact, both theoretical and practical on the development of democracy and transparency in the region.
